This approach keeps classes engaging and help children build a foundation in jazz dance.

An introductory hip-hop class for kids focuses on rhythm movement and creativity. Here’s what a typical class might include: warm-up, basic hip-hop moves, rhythm and beats, choreography, freestyle and cool down. This approach helps kids develop a love for hip-hop dance, while fostering teamwork and self expression.

This class is a great foundation for developing skills, discipline, and a love for ballet.

Ballet 2 (6-8(9-12)(teens)

Ballet 2 builds on the foundational skills learned in ballet 1 and introduces more advanced technique and concepts. Students can expect: class structure, technical skills, body alignment and posture, terminologies, creative expression, and cool down. Ballet two is a wonderful opportunity for dancers to deepen their understanding of ballet, while enjoying the artistry and discipline of this beautiful dance form.

Jazz (6-8)(9-12)(teens)

A lively and energetic form of dance, characterized by its expressive movement, rhythm, and variety of styles. It incorporates elements from various dance genres including ballet, modern, and hip hop. Students can expect class structure, key technique, freestyle and cool down. Jazz dance is not only fun but also a fantastic way to build rhythm, coordination, and self expression.

Hip hop (6-8)(9-12)(teens)

Hip-hop is a dynamic and energetic form of dance that encompasses various styles, including breaking, locking, and popping. It is often characterized by movement, improvisation, and rhythm. Students can expect warm up, basic techniques, choreography, freestyle and improv and cool down. Classes cater to various skill levels. It is a fun way to express yourself and improve coordination and fitness.

Modern (teens)

Modern is a diverse and evolving form of performance. It emphasizes creativity, expression, and the exploration of new movement concepts. Students should expect from class: warm-up, use of space and body, emotion and expression, influential technique, improv and cool down. Modern continues to evolve, often blending with other styles and incorporating contemporary themes.

Ballet 1 (Adults)

Adult ballet classes are designed for beginners, who want to learn the fundamentals of ballet. Adults can expect from class: warm-up, basic terminology, barre exercises, center practice,  and cool down. These classes are designed to build confidence and a solid foundation in ballet.

Stretch-Fitness (Adults)

This place focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Students can typically expect: warm-up, stretching, focus on breath, alignment and technique, and cool down. Adult stretch classes are great for all fitness levels whether you’re looking to enhance your dance, recover from workouts, or simply approve overall flexibility.
